Trapezoidal Glass uses high-quality glass sheets, precisely cut with lasers and finely polished edges. The bevel angle error is ≤0.5°, and the dimensional accuracy reaches millimeter level.  Single-layer tempered glass (10-19mm thick) or laminated tempered glass (5+5mm to 12+12mm) structures are available. The laminated version uses PVB/SGP film, ensuring that fragments remain bonded and do not scatter upon breakage. The frame can be made of 304/316 stainless steel or fluorocarbon coated aluminum alloy, which is corrosion-resistant and UV-resistant, preventing aging in outdoor use.
