Our History
Establishment and Foundation (circa 2015): The company was founded in Linqu County, Weifang City, Shandong Province. It is a manufacturing factory integrating research and development, and professional deep processing of glass, doors, windows, and aluminum fences. Linqu County is a major industrial base for aluminum profiles and a cluster for doors, windows, and curtain wall industries in China, and the company leveraged this regional industrial advantage to get started.
We have been in this industry for over 10 years. The factory covers an area of 30,000 square meters and has 6 production workshops, 6 glass production lines, 8 door and window production lines, and 4 fence production lines. Currently, the factory has 150 employees, 45 of whom are engineers. These engineers are responsible for providing customers with design solutions, construction plans, optimized technical drawings, new product development, and installation tutorials. A dedicated engineer will be assigned to handle the relevant solutions for each order. We have a professional transportation team to prevent damage to glass, doors, windows, and other fragile items during transportation. Our main export regions include Africa, Asia, Australia, and the Americas. We export to more than 100 countries, with an annual export value exceeding US$8 million.
• Steady Development Period: In its early stages, the company mainly engaged in the trade, custom processing, and sales of various industrial and architectural aluminum profiles and door and window accessories. With business development, it gradually accumulated customer resources and market understanding.
• Expansion and Transformation (around 2020): The company began to extend downstream in the industrial chain, expanding its business from single profile trading and processing to the research, design, and production of all-aluminum home furnishings. This was an important strategic expansion for the company, seizing the market opportunity for environmentally friendly and durable all-aluminum home furnishings.
• Branding and Diversified Development (to date): Currently, the company has developed into a comprehensive industrial and trading enterprise integrating industrial aluminum profiles, all-aluminum home furnishings, system doors and windows, and high-end door and window accessories. It expands its national market through a combination of online and offline channels.

Weifang Yirui Industry and Trade Co., LTD. mainly produces building profiles, industrial profiles, supporting curtain wall and door and window profiles, fire-resistant glass, tempered glass, energy-saving LOW-E insulating glass, laminated glass, precision edge glass, etc., and also manufactures system doors and windows, folding doors and windows, electric windows, automatic electric doors, commercial doors, sliding doors, sunrooms, pavilions, aluminum flower racks, Chinese-style windows, European-style windows as well as aluminum railings and glass railings suitable for indoor and outdoor use, which have good outdoor corrosion resistance and high indoor safety factor, and all products can be customized according to different customer requirements.
In terms of factory positioning and mode, Weifang Yirui adopts a mode of self-operating core processing links, equipping with key processing equipment to complete the "deep processing" of aluminum profiles and the "assembly of all-aluminum home furnishings", while integrating front-end profile production to optimize the industrial chain layout.
The factory is divided into several functional areas, including a raw material warehouse for storing various specifications and models of aluminum profiles purchased from cooperative extrusion factories, a deep processing workshop consisting of a cutting area, a drilling/milling area and an assembly area, an all-aluminum home customization workshop with a plate processing area, a cabinet assembly area and a surface inspection area, a finished product warehouse for storing standard products and customized finished products waiting for delivery, and a design/sample exhibition hall possibly equipped with an internal exhibition area for customer visits and product experience.
The cutting area in the deep processing workshop is equipped with high-precision double-head saws, angle saws and other equipment for fixed-length cutting of profiles; the drilling/milling area uses CNC machine tools, end mills and other equipment for high-precision drilling and slotting to prepare for assembly; the assembly area is mainly used for assembling industrial aluminum profile frames and all-aluminum home products with connectors such as corner codes, bolts and nuts.
The factory has strong core production and processing capabilities, including customized cutting and drilling to meet customers' non-standard size and hole position requirements, assembly of industrial aluminum profile frames into various equipment racks and guardrails according to customer drawings, customized production of all-aluminum home furnishings forming a complete customization process from design, profile cutting, structural assembly to hardware installation, as well as processing and supporting of system doors and windows by cutting purchased profiles, milling drainage holes, assembling hardware and installing glass into finished windows.
