Yehaoxuan Door and Window Glass is meticulously crafted by a seasoned door and window glass manufacturer in China. As a professional supplier of door and window glass, our products feature premium raw materials from top brands, covering a full range of types including tempered, insulated, laminated, and Low-E energy-saving glass, precisely tailored to different door and window applications. Our own factory utilizes advanced technologies such as double-seal and high-precision lamination. All products are certified with 3C certification, possessing core characteristics of high safety, strong sound insulation, superior energy efficiency, and long-lasting durability.
We can customize exclusive door and window glass solutions for customers based on house type, orientation, and noise environment, comprehensively meeting the needs of various doors and windows in home and commercial projects, achieving full coverage from entrance doors to floor-to-ceiling windows. We also offer thoughtful services such as free replacement for glass breakage and exclusive warranty for the sealing system, providing customers with double-layered, robust guarantees of quality and after-sales service.
- Tempered Glass: 3C certified as standard, with strength more than 3 times that of ordinary glass. When broken, it shatters into small, non-sharp particles. Mandatory for doors and windows with a single pane area ≥ 1.5㎡, ideal for high-rise buildings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
- Insulated Glass: Mainstream specifications of 5+12A/15A+5, with dry air filled between the double layers of glass, combined with double-seal sealant, providing excellent heat insulation and basic sound insulation. Suitable for general residential doors and windows.
- Laminated Insulated Glass: PVB laminated layer + insulated structure, achieving noise reduction of 35-40 decibels, effectively blocking medium and low-frequency noise from traffic and public activities. An excellent choice for residences near streets and elevated highways.
- Low-E Energy-Saving Glass: Available in single-silver and double-silver versions. Single-silver is suitable for northern heating zones, while double-silver improves heat insulation by more than 30%, ideal for south-facing homes in southern regions. It reflects infrared heat, reducing air conditioning/heating energy consumption, while balancing lighting and energy saving.
- Uses first-class original glass from Taiwan Glass/Nanbo Glass, with glass thickness scientifically matched to the area (5mm for <1.5㎡, 6mm for 1.5-2.5㎡, 8mm for >2.5㎡), achieving a wind pressure resistance rating of 5-8 levels, ensuring large-area doors and windows do not exceed load-bearing limits.
- Insulated glass uses imported sealant, with a sealing life of 10-15 years, and built-in molecular sieve to absorb moisture and prevent fogging; laminated glass uses high-precision bonding technology, ensuring fragments adhere and do not scatter, maximizing safety.
- The surface is specially treated, resistant to UV rays and acid rain corrosion. It will not yellow or delaminate during outdoor use, adapting to different regional climates; it can be used with confidence in both the severe cold of the north and the humid south.
- Street-facing/High-noise areas: Laminated insulated glass + thickened profiles, providing sound insulation comparable to a library;
- South-facing/High-temperature areas: Double-silver Low-E + insulated glass, blocking 70% of solar heat and reducing air conditioning energy consumption;
- Northern heating areas: Single-silver Low-E + insulated glass, providing heat insulation and reducing heat loss;
- Bathrooms/Privacy areas: Frosted/embossed tempered glass, translucent but not transparent, balancing privacy and safety;
- High-rise floor-to-ceiling windows: Tempered glass + explosion-proof film, preventing spontaneous breakage and falls, providing double safety protection.
There are four main categories: tempered glass, insulated glass, laminated insulated glass, and Low-E energy-saving glass; tempered glass is suitable for high-rise/floor-to-ceiling windows, insulated glass is generally used for regular residential buildings, laminated insulated glass is suitable for street-facing high-noise areas, and Low-E glass is selected based on single-silver/double-silver for different climates in the north and south.
All tempered glass products in this series bear the 3C mandatory certification mark (printed in the corner of the glass and cannot be wiped off), and when broken, they shatter into small, non-sharp fragments. Non-genuine tempered glass lacks the 3C mark and breaks into sharp shards.
